Wellness Initiative
Viracon believes that supporting employee health through wellness is beneficial for us all. By focusing on our core value of Accountability, we provide tools that help improve employee health and productivity while helping to control health care costs for employees and the company.

Viracon has a Wellness Committee that coordinates different activities to promote wellness and to encourage employee participation, for example Weight Loss contest, BMI contest, wellness days, biometric testing provided on site, flu shots, etc.
