This Waterford office building is the third building in the development, all of which were supplied by Viracon. This specific structure is headquarters to an international food service corporation. As a result of its location adjacent to the Miami International Airport, the glass specification mandated hurricane protection along with sound control properties. This resulted in a double laminated insulating glass unit inclusive of a solar controlling coating.
